The Red Drift ///Machine is a 2004 BMW M3. It started out as a track day car which lasted until the engine blew up at Road America in Sep 2014. Since then, it has been transformed into one of the lightest E46 M3s in existence (2575lbs) which is a delight to drive! I've done all of the work myself - roll cage, engine replacement, differential build, suspension tuning and carbon splitter fabrication. It hasn't been without failures...but it has been rewarding. ...did I mention its loud? Very loud?
